Mitch was called to the Bar in 2021.  He has a broad commercial practice.

Before coming to the Bar, Mitch practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation and insolvency, including at King & Wood Mallesons and Mills Oakley.

During that time he had carriage of a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on banking and finance disputes, construction disputes, shareholder, director and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, and corporate and personal insolvency.  

He graduated from the University of Queensland in 2013 and was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2014.
