Ben Wilson

Ben Wilson was admitted to the Queensland Bar in 2024. Ben has a broad commercial and public law practice, with particular interests in the law related to contract, commercial equity and trusts, competition and consumer protection, property, succession and tax.

He began his career serving as a Legal Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force and continues to render service in a reserve capacity. Leaving the permanent military in 2022, he worked briefly in commercial litigation before accepting an in-house role with a major defence contractor where he worked for two years.

Ben graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with Bachelors of Laws (Hons) and Arts and was admitted as a lawyer the same year. He also holds a Graduate Certificate of Military Law (2021) and a Master of Laws (2022) from the Australian National University.
