David was called to the bar on 3 March 2007. David was appointed silk on 24 November 2022.

David has a broad civil and commercial practice. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court, and the District Court, together with advising clients in relation to nascent and ongoing disputes.

David is experienced in interlocutory applications, trials and appeals. David is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

David is available to act as mediator.
